If Rick was from Miami, he would have surely turned him into a croqueta rather than a pickle. Ricardo is a croqueta de espinaca (spinach croqueta) inside a pocket. Pocket tees are my new favorite and it makes it so much better when you have a croqueta in your pocket for later.
